Srinagar, Aug 03 (KNC): A pedestrian was killed after being hit by a speedy Tata mobile vehicle at Frestbal area of Pampore in Pulwama district, officials said Saturday.
An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Corner (KNC) that a Tata mobile bearing registration No. JK01N-1876 hit a pedestrian, identified as Fayaz Ahmad Ganie S/O Gh Hassan Ganie R/O Gundbal, Pampore at Frestabal, Pampore resulting in grievous injuries to Fayaz.
“He was shifted to Sub District Hospital (SDH) Pampore for treatment where he succumbed,” the official said. He said that police have taken cognizance of the incident and an FIR number has been registered in Police station Pampore. The hunt for the Tata mobile driver has been started as well—(KNC)
