Ganderbal, August 4: Several villages in the Kangan area of Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district have been severely affected by a series of cloud bursts, causing widespread damage to roads, houses, and crops.
Locals reported that the cloud bursts occurred in the villages of Kawcharwan, Cherwa, and Padabal, triggering mudslides that have blocked the Srinagar National Highway, a crucial route for the region.
