Srinagar, May 08 (KAT): A CRPF Constable on Friday shot himself dead in Kokernag area of South Kashmir's Anantnag district.
Reports reaching Kashmir Abb Tak said that a trooper from 164th Battalion of Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) allegedly committed suicide by shooting himself with his service rifle in Camp.
The deceased has been identified as Satish Kumar, a resident of Rewari Haryana.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident and have initiated further investigation.(KAT)
