Jammu, April 24 (KAT): An encounter has started between terrorists and security forces in Basantgarh area in Udhampur district.
Reports reaching Kashmir Abb Tak that contact was established with the terrorists when police and security forces launched cordon and search operation in Basantgarh village.
A top police officer while confirming to said that two to three terrorists are believed to be trapped.
Till this report was being filed intermittent exchange of fire was going on.
