JKBOSE Released Examination Form For Classes 10th, 11th & 12th Annual/Regular 2026, Check Last Date & Fee


Srinagar, August 17 (KAT): The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has released the schedule for submission of online examination forms for the Secondary School Examination (Class 10th), Higher Secondary Part-I (Class 11th) and Higher Secondary Part-II (Class 12th) Annual/Regular 2026 examinations for the Oct-Nov Session.

Important Dates

The schedule mentioned in the notification is as follows:

Opening of online form link: 17 August 2026
Last date with normal fee: 5 September 2026

First late-fee count: 6 September to 10 September 2026
Second late-fee count: 11 September to 14 September 2026
The above dates are applicable as specified in the respective notifications for the concerned divisions/areas.

Class 10th Exam Form Fee 2026

As per the notification for Secondary School Examination (Class 10th):

Normal Fee
Five compulsory subjects: ₹1,300
Additional/optional subjects (5+): ₹1,535

First Late-Fee Count — 6 to 10 September 2026
Five subjects only: ₹2,150
5+ subjects: ₹2,385

Second Late-Fee Count — 11 to 14 September 2026
Five subjects only: ₹3,490
5+ subjects: ₹3,725

Class 11th Exam Form Fee 2026

For Higher Secondary Part-I (Class 11th), the notification includes both the examination fee and Renewal Registration Fee of ₹240.

Normal Fee
Five compulsory subjects:

Examination fee: ₹1,510
Renewal Registration Fee: ₹240
Total: ₹1,750

Additional subjects (5+):

Examination fee: ₹1,775
Renewal Registration Fee: ₹240
Total: ₹2,015

First Late-Fee Count — 6 to 10 September 2026
Five subjects only: ₹2,600
5+ subjects: ₹2,865

Second Late-Fee Count — 11 to 14 September 2026
Five subjects only: ₹3,940
5+ subjects: ₹4,205

Class 12th Exam Form Fee 2026
For Higher Secondary Part-II (Class 12th), the notification specifies the following fees:

Normal Fee
Five compulsory subjects: ₹1,800, including Migration Certificate fee of ₹50

Additional subjects (5+): ₹2,065, including Migration Certificate fee of ₹50

First Late-Fee Count — 6 to 10 September 2026
Five subjects only: ₹2,650
5+ subjects: ₹2,915

Second Late-Fee Count — 11 to 14 September 2026
Five subjects only: ₹3,990
5+ subjects: ₹4,255

For Class 11th and Class 12th, the normal fee includes the applicable Renewal Registration Fee. For Class 12th, the notified amount also includes the ₹50 Migration Certificate fee.

Class 11th and 12th practical subjects: An additional ₹100 per candidate per practical subject is payable wherever the practical examination is conducted by J&K BOSE

JKBOSE Exam Forms 2026: Who Needs to Submit Forms?
According to the notifications, candidates currently on rolls in affiliated academic institutions of J&K BOSE who are eligible to appear in the Annual/Regular 2026 (Oct-Nov Session) are required to submit their examination forms through the online JKBOSE website. Government Agencies

For Class 11th and Class 12th, institutions/candidates are also required to complete the applicable Renewal Registration Returns process.
