Pampore, January 1 (KAT): Unidentified burglars looted eight shops in the Pampore area in South Kashmir’s Pulwama during the night hours on Tuesday and decamped with cash and valuable items.
Reports reaching Kashmir Abb Tak that the burglars have stolen cash and other valuable items worth hundreds of thousands of rupees from the eight looted shops.
They expressed concern over the recent string of burglaries in the town and have called for a thorough investigation and the arrest of those responsible.
Police have confirmed that a case has been registered and an investigation is underway.(KAT)
