Shopian, 01 October 2021,(KAT) : Pre-dawn Encounter rages between militants and government forces in Rakhama area of South Kashmir's Shopian district on Friday.
Senior Police Officer Told News Agency—(KAT - Kashmir Abb Tak) that a joint team of Police and army launched a cordon and search operation in Rakhama.
As the joint team of forces approached towards the suspected spot, the hiding militants fired upon the forces, triggering off an gunfight.
It also confirmed to about exchange of firing between militants and security forces—(KAT)
