Srinagar, February 25 (KAT): The authorities on Wednesday extended winter vacations for schools in Leh district till March 4.
Official sources told Kashmir Abb Tak that the decision in this regard was taken at a meeting chaired by the Chief Education Officer, Leh this evening.
They said the decision followed reports from respective Deputy Commissioners regarding upcoming observation of Tangpe Chongya followed by the Festival of Holi on 03rd & 4th March respectively.
The All Government and Private Schools and Anganwadi Centres shall reopen on the 05th March, 2026.(KAT)
