Srinagar, August 06 (KAT): Fresh firing resumes again between militants and security forces after night lull in Akhal forest area of South Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Wednesday.
Reports reaching Kashmir Abb Tak said that operation was suspended throughout night and has been resumed with the first light of this morning.
On August 1st, fierce gunfight erupted between militants and security forces in Akhel forest area after forces recieved specific input about the presence of some militants in the area.
Till this report was being filed intermittent heavy firing was going on. More details awaited.(KAT)
