Jammu, May 23 (KAT): A fierce Gunfight broke out between security forces and terrorists in Singhpora area of Chattro in Kishtwar district on Friday
Reports reaching Kashmir Abb Tak said that a joint team of Police, Army and CRPF launched a cordon and search operation on yesterday in the area.
As the joint team of forces approached towards the suspected spot, the hiding militants fired upon the forces, triggering off a gunfight.
A senior police officer also confirmed to GNS about exchange of firing between militants and security forces.
As per the sources top JeM commander Saifullah among two militants are believed to be trapped.(KAT)
