Srinagar, May 14 (KAT): Government on Wednesday announced closed all educational government and private schools in Kashmir Valley's border areas.
Officials told Kashmir Abb Tak that schools across district kupwara viz Karnah sub. Div., keran, Machil, kumkadi, Budnambal and Jumagand, Schools across Baramulla District under Zones Uri, Jhulla, Chandanwari and Boniyar and Schools of Zone Gurez in Bandipora shall also remain closed for tomorrow.
The decision has been taken as a precautionary measure to ensure the safety and security of students and staff in light of the prevailing situation in these border areas.(KAT)
