Kupwara, December 13 (KAT): Kupwara police has registered a case and started the investigation into a job fraud scam following a complaint lodged by Mohd Maqbool Dar of Kupwara. The complaint alleges that Zahoor Ahmad Ganaie son of Gh Rasool Ganaie resident of Dogerpora Kalaroos along with others, defrauded unemployed individuals by falsely promising them government jobs in the Health Department in exchange for money and original educational certificates.
As per the complainant, he paid Rs. 15,000 and submitted his wife’s original educational certificates to the accused, who assured him of securing a government job for her. Zahoor Ahmad even called the complainant and his wife to the District Hospital Kupwara, claiming that they would receive the engagement order there.
