Anantnag, Aug 11:- Search operation on Sunday resumed in forests after a gunfight took place between terrorists and security forces in Gadool forests on Saturday.
A top official told that on Saturday encounter broke out between terrorists and security forces in forest area of Gadool.
He said that exchange of fire took place for two hours following which searches were started that were put on halt during night.
He said that extensive searches have resumed on Sunday in the area to trace out the hiding terrorists.
