Srinagar, September 05 (KAT): The massive search operation entered its third day following a yesterday encounter in Yusmarg area in Central Kashmir's Budgam.
Reports reaching Kashmir Abb Tak said that a search operation launched by joint security grid comprising the Jammu and Kashmir Police, the Indian Army, and the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF).
On September 03, terrorists opened fire on a police party which launched a cordon and search operation in the area on a very specific input, as the joint team approached towards the suspected area, the hiding militants fired upon the joint party, leading to an encounter.
Meanwhile, reinforcements have been deployed to strengthen the cordon and track down the terrorists.
