Srinagar, November 15 (KAT): The death toll in the blast at Police Station Nowgam Srinagar early this week rose to 9 after another injured person succumbed to his injuries at the SKIMS Hospital here, an official said.
Reports reaching Kashmir Abb Tak said that some bang of sound was heard at Police Station Nowgam Srinagar.
The deceased has been identified as Muzzafar Ahmad (Naib Tehsildar), Resident of Soibugh, he said.
Meanwhile, the total number of fatalities in the high-intensity explosion on Friday late evening has climbed to 9, while twenty nine others remain under treatment.(KAT)
