Jammu, March 24 (KAT): After brief gunfight on Sunday, militants managed to give slip to security forces in Hiranagar area in Kathua district.
Reports reaching Kashmir Abb Tak that there was a brief exchange of firing between militants and security forces.
As the firing stopped, searches were intensified at the suspected spot, where no militants was found.
Earlier, militants while leaving behind arms, ammunition and other belongings, which include four M4 magazines, four ID packs, multiple pairs of shoes, bulletproof jackets, sleeping bags, and tracksuits were recovered.—(KAT)
