Srnagar, March 18 (KAT): A Army soldier died of a suspected cardiac arrest during duty hours in Panthachowk area of Central Kashmir's Srinagar district.
Reports reaching Kashmir Abb Tak that one Naik Biswas resident of West Bengal, complained of acute chest pain and subsequently fell unconscious during duty hours at Panthachowk.
"The soldier was taken to nearby hospital, where the doctors declared him as brought dead on arrival", the official said.
Confirming the death of the soldier, a police official told that as per the doctors the Army soldier has died of cardiac arrest.(KAT)
