Chief Secretary Issues Crucial Guidelines For Government Employees On Social Media Use

The Chief Secretary has noticed that some government employees are using social media to openly criticize or make negative comments about the policies and achievements of the government.

As a result, the Chief Secretary has instructed all Administrative Secretaries to regularly monitor social media networks and identify any employees who engage in such behavior.

If an employee is found to have made negative comments about the government on social media, they will receive a notice from their department, and the General Administration Department will be informed.

The GAD will also provide instructions on how to handle such situations in the future.
