Handwara, 11 December 2022,(KAT) : Continuing its efforts against drug peddling, Handwara Police arrested two peddlers and recovered narcotics in Kralgund area.
Reports reaching—(Kashmir Abb Tak) that police party of Police Station Kralgund while on patrolling at Ganapora crossing apprehended two persons, who had attempted to avoid the police party in a suspicious manner.
On search, around 100 gm of Charas like substance was recovered from their possession.
The persons have been identified as Mehraj Din Malla @Deena S/o Ab Gafar, R/o Ganapora and Sameer Ahmad Bhat @Hikmat S/o Mushtaq Ahmad R/o Udipora Langate.
In this regard, FIR No. 96/2022 U/ 8/20, 29 NDPS Act has been registered at PS Kralgund and investigation has been initiated—(KAT)
