BASIT FAROOQ:
Kulgam, 04 July 2021, (KAT): A 24-year old youth ended his life by allegedly jumping into Vaishow nallah in South Kashmir’s Kulgam.
Police personnel from Manzgam Station and locals retrieved the body from the waterbody.
The deceased has been identified as Muhammad Arif Rather son of Bashir Ahmed Rather, a resident of Sunnigam Kulgam_(KAT).
