Srinagar, December 18 (KAT): A CRPF trooper died of a suspected cardiac arrest during duty hours in Railway Station area of South Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Thursday early morning.
Reports reaching Kashmir Abb Tak said that one Lakhwindar Singh, resident of Punjab, SI Rank, of 90th Batallion, complained of acute chest pain and subsequently fell unconscious during duty hours at Railway Station Anantnag.
“The trooper was taken to GMC Anantnag, where the doctors declared him as brought dead on arrival”, the official said.
Confirming the death of the trooper, a police official told that as per the doctors the CRPF man has died of cardiac arrest.(KAT)
