Srinagar, July 4 (KAT): A police constable was injured on Friday in an accidental fire in Pahalgam area of South Kashmir's Anantnag district.
Official sources told Kashmir Abb Tak that a police constable was injured afternoon today while he was on amarnath Yarta duty. He was immediately shifted to nearby hospital for treatment.
He has been identified as Shabir Ahmad.
As per the intial reports cause of the incident is due to accidental discharge of fire. More details awaited.(KAT)
