Jammu, February 06 (KAT): One person was killed while another one was injured in a road accident at Mehar area of Ramban district.
Reports reaching Kashmir Abb Tak that on thursday evening one i20 car bearing registration number JK06B-5680 lost its control near petrol pump Mehar and hit a motorcyclist.
In this incident the motorcyclist was killed on spot where as pillion was injured. The injured has been shifted to district Hospital Ramban for treatment.
The deceased has been identified as Sandeep Singh son of Youdhbir Singh resident of Ram Dakhi Ramban and injured has been identified as Sandeep Singh son of Kartar Singh resident of Suli Gam Ramban.
Meanwhile, police have registered a case in this regard and investigation has been taken up.(KAT)
