● 30𝙩𝙝 𝙅𝙖𝙣 𝙩𝙤 1𝙨𝙩 𝙁𝙚𝙗: Possibility of Light to moderate Rain/ Snow at many places of J&K towards today afternoon onwards with chances of heavy snowfall over few higher reaches (Kupwara, Bandipora, Baramulla, Ganderbal, Shopian, Kulgam and Anantnag dist) with peak activity on 31st January.
● Few plains of North, Northwestern and South Kashmir may recieve snowfall upto 6-8 inches, while plains of Srinagar and adjoining may receive 2-4 inches
● 2𝙣𝙙 𝙁𝙚𝙗: Generally dry with possibility of very light snow at isolated higher reaches.
●3𝙧𝙙-4𝙩𝙝 𝙁𝙚𝙗: Possibility of Light to moderate Rain/Snow at many places of J&K.
●5𝙩𝙝-10𝙩𝙝 𝙁𝙚𝙗: Generally dry weather.
𝗝𝗮𝗺𝗺𝘂 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻
● Possibility of intermittent light to moderate Rain with thunder/Lightning in plains of Jammu Division with light snowfall over higher reaches with moderate snowfall over isolated higher reaches (Banihal, Ponch, Doda & Kishtwar) during 30-31st Jan & 3-4 Feb.

1. The system may Lead to temporary closure of roads of higher reaches and important passes like Sinthan pass, Mughal Road, Sadhna & Razdan pass, Zojila etc. during above period.
2. Travellers are advised to Plan accordingly.
3. Farmers are advised to withheld irrigation and fertilizer application & drain out excess water from Orchards and fields during the above mentioned period.
