Kulgam, 11 November 2021,(KAT) : Two Militants have been killed in an encounter that raged Thursday afternoon in the Cawalgam area of Kulgam in south Kashmir’s Kulgam district.
Police Officials Told News Agency—(KAT - Kashmir Abb Tak) that two unidentified Militants were killed after an encounter raged on Thursday between Indian Army, Jammu Kashmir Police and CRPF.
Though the officials have not disclosed the identification of the slain, sources said that the two have been identified as south Kashmir residents.
They identified the slain as Yawar Ali Chopan son of Bashir Ahmed Chopan, Yawar had joined militants on 25 March, 2021. Yawar was a resident of Panipora kulgam
The second slain Militant, Sources told has been identified as Yawar Bashir Dar son of Bashir Ahmad Dar, a resident of Redwani area in Kulgam, Yawar had joined Militancy on 25 May 2021—(KAT)
