Srinagar, July 04 :- Body of a Youth who had drowned in Nallah Pohru in Sopore area of North Kashmir's Baramulla district on Wednesday has been recovered on Thursday.
An official told that on Wednesday a youth from Nathipoora drowned in nala Pohru near bridge at Sonwani Wadoora Sopore.
He said that the drowned person was identified as Ihtisham shafi (18) son of Mohd Shafi Lone resident of Nathipora Bomai.
He drowned when he was bathing in Nallah Pohru at wadoora, official said that soon after the incident local people and police came into the spot and started a rescue operation to find the youth
He added that his body was recovered today while further proceedings have been taken up. KS
