Weather Update 8:00 a.m.
Today, light to moderate rain/snow is expected to continue in north Kashmir, other higher reaches of Kashmir and a few places in Jammu region till late afternoon.
There is a possibility of sunshine in south Kashmir and some parts of central Kashmir today. It can be a rain-free period, especially for South Kashmir parts between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. today.
Rain/snow will become more widespread from evening or night onwards, and moderate to heavy rain/snow is expected in Jammu region and some parts of south Kashmir till tomorrow afternoon.
During this time, central and north Kashmir plains may receive moderate rain or snow.
