Srinagar, Jan 25 (KS) : An unidentified body was found in Darish Kadal area of Central Kashmir Srinagar district on Thursday afternoon officials said.
Sources told news agency Kashmir Scroll that the body was spotted by some locals, who then informed the police.
Police have reached the spot and recovered the dead body, they said.
A Police official confirming to the news agency Kashmir scroll said that the body was been taken to the hospital for medico-legal formalities.(KS)
