Srinagar, Sept 20,(KAT) : police on Wednesday said to have arrested a religious cleric for sexually molesting a small girl child while teaching Quran.
They identified the accussed as Hazafu Rehman S/o Ab Basit R/o Udham nagar Uttrakhand A/P Gulberg colony Hyderpora area of Srinagar outskirts.
Srinagar police on X said,”One Maulvi namely Hazafu Rehman S/o Ab Basit R/o Udham nagar Uttrakhand A/P Gulberg colony arrested for sexually molesting a small girl child. while teaching Quran. FIR No 90/2023 under relevant sections of law stands registered in Sadar ps”—(KAT)
