Srinagar, 17 February 2022,(KAT) : Government orders re-opening of winterzone schools for offline teaching for all classes after 28 Feb 2022. The heads of institutions must ensure that guidelines related to vaccination for students above 15 years, SOPs and CAB are followed strictly.
