Budgam, 03 January 2022,(KAT) : Traffic cop on duty was critically injured after being hit by a speeding vehicle in Humhama area of Central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Monday.
Official Sources Told News Agency—(Kashmir Abb Tak) that SPO working with traffic police identified as Shahbaz Ahmad Dar, son of Abdul Ahad Dar, a resident of Budgam while performing his duties near Railway Bridge Humhama was hit by a vehicle leaving him critically injured. The injured cop was immediately shifted to SKIMS Bemina for treatment and his condition is stated to be ‘stable’,
It also confirmed that the incident and said the driver along with the vehicle has fled from the spot and searches have been launched to nab the driver. A case is also being registered in this regard—(KAT)
