Srinagar, 05 December 2021,(KAT) : The Metereological Department has said that light rains and snow will continue for the next 12 to 18 hours in Jammu and Kashmir.
Meteorological Department ,Sonam Lotus Told News Agency—(Kashmir Abb Tak) that light rainfall and snowfall is expected to continue till 12 to 18 hours, however, there is no forecast of any major snowfall in the region.
He said that weather is most likely to improve from Monday onwards, while light rains in the plains and light snowfall in the upper reaches.l will continue till Monday.
Earlier today, rains lashed plains while upper reaches in Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh received light snowfall as predicted by weather department.
Most places other than higher reaches recorded sub-zero temperature during the night hours—(KAT)
