Shopian, 12 October 2021,(KAT) : At least three Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) Militants have been killed during an encounter in the Shopian district of Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday.
Police Officials Told News Agency—(KAT - Kashmir Abb Tak) that 03 militants of LeT (TRF) killed. Identification being ascertained. Incriminating materials including arms & ammunition recovered.
Giving out further information, Inspector General of Police (IGP) Kashmir Vijay Kumar said that one of the three Lashkar-e-Taiba- The Resistance Force militants killed in the encounter in Shopian hails from Ganderbal district.
"One Militant has been identified as Mukhtar Shah of Ganderbal. He had shifted to Shopian after killing one street hawker Virendra Paswan of Bihar," Kumar said—(KAT)
