Jammu, 11 October 2021,(KAT) : A gunfight broke out between Militants and Government Forces in Surankote Tehsil in Poonch district of Jammu on Monday.
Officials Told News Agency—(KAT - Kashmir Abb Tak) that a cordon and search operation (CASO) was launched in Surankote Tehsil Area of Poonch district on Monday after movement of Five militants was noticed in the area.
An official said that a gunfight broke out after the security forces approached the suspected site where the militants were hiding.
“There is a communication problem in the area but contact was established with the hiding militants. The encounter is going on.
As per Source Four-Five Militants are Believed to be Trapped in the area —(KAT)
