High Court issues notice in Contempt of Vehicle Re-registration Judgement, case listed for12th July. While hearing the Contempt No CCP(D) 16/2021 titled Zahoor Ahmad Bhat Vs Hirdesh Kumar & others in Vehicle Re-registration Judgement Honourable Division Bench issued notice which was accepted by the Advocate General.
Earlier the Division Bench had quashed the Circular issued by Regional Transport Officer Kashmir mandating compulsory re-registration of Vehicles bearing Non JK Registration number.
