Anantnag, 10 April 2020 (KLU): Another Gunfight is underway between militants and Government forces in Samthen area of South Kashmir's Anantnag district on Saturday.
Reports reaching (KLU) that a joint team of Police and army launched a cordon and search operation in Samthen.
As the joint team of forces approached towards the suspected spot, the hiding militants fired upon the forces, triggering off an gunfight.
A senior police officer Told News Agency_(KLU)- (Kashmir Live Updates) that about exchange of firing between militants and security forces.
Already Another encounter is going on in Hatipora area of Kulgam_(KLU).
