Srinagar, 26 December 2020, (KLU) : Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor on Saturday said that recently, three-tier grass-root democracy was established in J&K with DDC elections. I thank the people of J&K for their participation in the elections.
According to news agency_Kashmir Live Updates (KLU) Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha was addressing via video conference from Jammu on the launching ceremony of Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY SEHAT Scheme, which was formally launched today by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi from New Delhi.
Manoj Sinha said I am very much thankful to all the people of Jammu and Kashmir for their participation in the DDC election which was held for the first time in the history, adding that the elected DDC members will take oath on 28th December 2020. (KLU)
